This full-house renovation was designed to enhance flow, light, and functionality while preserving the home’s original character. We removed the wall separating the dining room and kitchen, creating a more open floor plan that allows natural light to pour into the kitchen and improves everyday living and entertaining.

The powder room was completely renovated and finished with bold wallpaper, adding personality and a custom touch to the space. In the corner of the kitchen—conveniently located next to the family room—we incorporated a mini bar, making it an ideal spot for entertaining and easy access during gatherings.

Just off the family room, large sliding doors were installed to maximize natural light and provide seamless access to the new deck and backyard. On the exterior, we carefully modernized the façade while respecting and maintaining the home’s original architectural character, striking the right balance between fresh and timeless.
