This renovation was all about transforming the home's main living space into a brighter, more open, and functional gathering area while maintaining its character.

One of the biggest changes was raising the living room ceiling to create a dramatic vaulted space that allows natural light to flood the room, making it feel significantly larger and more inviting. To further enhance the space, we installed a stunning new grand picture window along with two additional windows flanking the TV, bringing even more daylight into the home.

The kitchen received a complete refresh with refinished cabinetry, a new tile backsplash, and custom-built shelving featuring integrated touch-controlled LED lighting, creating both beautiful display space and added functionality.

Throughout the living area, we added a custom shiplap accent wall for warmth and texture. One of our favorite features of the project is the pair of custom bifold barn doors, handcrafted to conceal the closets while adding a unique architectural element that perfectly complements the home's style.

On the exterior, we carefully blended the new addition with the existing home by matching the current siding and incorporating a board-and-batten accent in the upper gable. The result is a seamless renovation that looks as though it was always part of the original design.

Every detail of this project was thoughtfully executed to create a home that feels brighter, more spacious, and completely custom.
